| Please create a Login ID and PIN. Your Login ID can be up to nine alphanumeric characters. Your PIN must be six numbers. Enter your PIN again to verify it and then select Login. Your Login ID and PIN will be saved. Be sure to write down your Login ID and PIN so that you can return to complete the application later and check the status of your application.
When completing your application, you will automatically be logged off after 20 minutes of inactivity. If this happens, you will have to login again to finish completing your application.
